Chief Operating Officer

Chaim Miller is the owner of CMFS Advisors and works as the chief operating officer of Doshi Capital Management. Chaim provides financial accounting, audit and tax services to various sized firms since 1990. With over 25 years of audit, tax and accounting experience including more than 20 years of expertise with Investment Companies (hedge fund, private equity, etc.).

Chaim is experienced in all aspects of accounting, tax structure and auditing issues for funds and management and operating companies. As the Comptroller of the $6.5 billion Trafelet Delta Funds, a long/short equity hedge fund, Chaim was responsible for the management company and family office departments (accounting, tax, systems operations), as well as tax reporting for the Funds. Chaim was a Director in the Financial Services practice at the number 5 national public accounting firm.

Chaim has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Queens College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA.
